Nexplanon Patient Information Booklet

The Nexplanon Patient Information Booklet contains information for women about the use of the contraceptive implant and summarises information also available within the Information for women and My Nexplanon areas of this website. The booklet includes a diary card section for women who have been prescribed Nexplanon to keep a record of their bleeding patterns.

Please note that women should read the Nexplanon Patient Information Leaflet carefully before Nexplanon is inserted and keep a copy for their reference.
